About the Position
Account Manager (French Market): Join Foxway and help shape the future of sustainable tech!
We are looking for an Account Manager for the French market to strengthen Foxway’s position and drive future growth in the refurbished IT market. If you’re commercially driven, relationship-focused, and excited about sustainability, this could be your next step.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in France. You will work with both new and existing customers, combining business development with account management. Starting with support from senior colleagues, you will gradually take ownership of customer relationships and sales opportunities, contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
New Business & Market Development
- Identify and acquire new customers in the French market
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
- Support-and over time take ownership of-assigned customer accounts
- Present and sell HP Certified refurbished, Teqcycle, and overstock products
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on larger or more complex opportunities
Account Management
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular dialogue and visits
- Grow sales within the existing customer base across relevant product categories
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional follow-up and service
Commercial Execution
- Prepare quotations, pricing inputs, and customer-facing materials
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline, notes, and forecasts
- Support forecasting and reporting to the Sales Director
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account support
- Exposure to both new business development and account management
- Confidence in customer dialogue, sales processes, and basic negotiations
- Ability to present solutions with preparation and support
- A strong desire to grow into an independent sales role

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiar with pipeline management and basic forecasting
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Work Conditions
- Location: On-site in Hinnerup, Denmark
- Travel: Approximately 5–15 days per year within France
