Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for sales in the areas of implants and digital solutions
- A key focus of the role is new customer acquisition
- Achieving the assigned individual sales target
- Expanding existing business across all product areas (implants, regenerative products, digital products including hardware/software)
- Actively supporting the digital transformation of clients within the DS product portfolio, in collaboration with Digital Prosthetics specialists
- Actively collaborate with Orthodontic Aligner Specialists in the region to acquire new customers and drive sales/revenue
- Expand market share in your assigned territory based on comprehensive territory and customer management
- Contribute to achieving the regional team budget
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus)
- Completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or have a business administration background
- Confident and competent demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and a keen sense for customer relations
- Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality
- Confident and customer-focused demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Results-oriented and independent work style, along with the ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly
- Empathetically identify complex customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) as well as good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
