About the Position

Dentsply Sirona is the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide. We are currently looking for a friendly and dedicated Account Manager Implants & Digital Solutions (m/f/d) to join our team in the Apeldoorn, Enschede, Eroningen, Leeuwarden area. Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for sales in the areas of implants and digital solutions.
  • Focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Achieve the assigned individual sales target.
  • Expand existing business across all product areas (implants, regenerative products, digital products including hardware/software).
  • Actively support the digital transformation of clients within the DS product portfolio, in collaboration with Digital Prosthetics specialists.
  • Collaborate with Orthodontic Aligner Specialists in the region to acquire new customers and drive sales/revenue.
  • Expand market share in your assigned territory based on comprehensive territory and customer management.
  • Contribute to achieving the regional team budget.

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus).
  • Completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or a business administration background.
  • Confident and competent demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and a keen sense for customer relations.
  • Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality.
  • Confident and customer-focused demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Results-oriented and independent work style, along with the ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) as well as good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory.
