About the Position
Account Manager

We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for managing Ukrainian and international projects and will be the key link between clients and internal teams. We offer a variety of projects, clients, and tasks that guarantee a comprehensive experience working with businesses of different types, sectors, and scales.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of managing client projects: from planning tasks and budget to achieving the client's expected business results.
- Identifying client needs, forming relevant solutions and proposals that contribute to the client's business growth.
- Setting tasks for the team and monitoring deadline adherence.
- Coordinating the work of internal teams and controlling the quality of project implementation.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports on projects.
- Developing long-term partnerships with clients based on trust and results.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing from 2 years in positions of Middle Account Manager / Project Manager.
- Understanding of the principles of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics systems.
- English level from A2–B1+ with a willingness to actively learn.
- Developed communication skills and the ability to present solutions.
- Ability to structure information and clearly articulate key ideas.
- A systematic approach to work.
- Proactivity and responsibility for the result.
