Account Manager (m/w/d)

Matrix42 is seeking an Account Manager to manage existing and new customers in Germany, focusing on closing deals and building long-term relationships.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, DE

Type: Full-time, Permanent employee

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new customers assigned to you in Germany
• Successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers
• Create a sales plan for potential analysis and maintain the CRM system
• Win over customers through targeted advice and planning for their sales success
• Organize customer presentations and workshops and represent the company at trade fairs and events
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to concluding contracts

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions (ITSM in the best case)
• Self-motivated salesperson with several years of experience in working with partners
• Sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
• Confident demeanor, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise, and a high degree of self-motivation
• Analytical mind, high level of commitment, and constructive assertiveness
• Willingness to work hard and flexibility in terms of time
• Corresponding willingness to travel
• Very good command of German and English
• First experience in using AI at work

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales of IT Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions
