About the Position
CHECK24 is the comparison portal: We are market leaders and a dynamic startup in one. With our hotel comparison, we have been creating a transparent market comparison with our partners since 2014 and enabling unforgettable travel experiences.
If you are passionate about the hotel industry and enjoy being on the road, in this role you will manage your hotel partners both personally on-site and from the office, and travel regularly in your region. You will build strong partnerships and continuously develop them.

Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new hotel partners: Proactive identification and approach of potential partners, including preparation and negotiation of contracts, as well as regular business trips to potential partners.
- Partnership management: Professional management and continuous development of business relationships with existing cooperation partners in your region.
- Sales activities: Concept, implementation, and management of targeted sales campaigns.
- Onboarding of new partners: Support and guidance during the technical connection phase to our hotel comparison.
- Performance optimization: Ongoing support of partners through regular quality checks and identification of measures to increase performance.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the hotel or online travel industry.
- Ideally, initial experience in partner / account management.
- Enthusiasm for working with B2B partners and enjoyment in building new business relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with high goal orientation.
- Structured, independent working style and high commitment.
- High motivation and drive to take on responsibility in a dynamically growing internet company.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
- High travel availability of over 50% within your region.
- Class B driver's license.
