• Establish and maintain business relationships with hotels.

• Ensure effective communication and negotiation with hotel partners.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the hotel industry, online travel, or at a booking platform.
• Practical experience in partner or account management, ideally in a digital environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for building business relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a clear focus on results.
• Independent, structured, and self-organized work approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to make a difference in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in German and very good English in both speech and writing.
• Willingness to travel over 50% within your region and possession of a Class B driver's license.
