Responsibilities

• Building new partnerships: Identification and proactive approach to potential hotel partners – from initial contact to contract negotiation
• Managing existing partners: Maintenance and deepening of long-term business relationships, including regular business trips to existing partners and trade shows
• Performance optimization: Regular quality control of hotel offers and identification of levers to increase visibility and booking performance
• Campaign management: Planning and implementation of joint marketing campaigns with our partners
• Technical integration: Support of new partners during the integration into our online hotel comparison
• Market observation: Active analysis of trends and competitors for the further development of our partner portfolio

Requirements

• Professional experience in the hotel or online travel industry, e.g., in the field of E-Commerce, Revenue, Reception
• Enjoyment in building and maintaining B2B partnerships
• Communication and negotiation skills as well as a high degree of goal orientation
• Structured and independent working style with high self-motivation
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Language talent: Fluent German and very good English skills
• Occasional willingness to travel to our partners within Germany
