About the Position

Account Manager New Logo Germany

Matrix42 is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our New Logo division in Germany. This role is based in Frankfurt am Main and involves driving new customer acquisition through analytical prospecting and smart nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition in Germany.
• Utilize data-driven methods to filter out the most promising target customers.
• Develop leads in a targeted manner with relevant communication, personal touchpoints (calls, emails, social selling, events), and a sustainable, customer-centric approach.
• Create acquisition plans, maintain the CRM, manage the entire sales cycle, and inspire new customers with tailor-made solutions.
• Organize presentations and workshops and represent the company at trade fairs and events.

• Strong sales skills: Confidently use methods such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger Sale.
• Tech-savvy: Familiar with software solutions and IT trends and advise on an equal footing.
• Results-oriented: Focus on successful deals and customer relationships.
• Flexible & mobile: Adapt quickly and are willing to travel.
• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT software sales, ideally in the field of enterprise or IT service management.
• Track record in new customer acquisition and a strong personal network.
