Glovo’s core product is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the best restaurants in each city and delivery in less than 60 minutes. We believe though that most restaurants and stores will opt for a strategy that combines marketplaces with their own channels, and we want Glovo On-Demand to be the number one choice for all of our partners’ deliveries.

To achieve this, Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a new vertical that helps our partners deliver orders created in their own sales channels (website, phone, application).

In this position you will be part of our growth team in Spain, performing account management responsibilities with a sales component. You will spend significant time in direct contact with partners and should be able to understand complex topics and express them clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.


Responsibilities

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve our partners' operational efficiency by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Stakeholder management: You will collaborate daily with both internal and external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus, preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up at a fast pace.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English
