About the Position
Account Manager Poland (m/f/d) Warsaw Region
Your Mission
As an Account Manager in the Warsaw region, you will:
- Proactively develop sales and drive business with existing and new customers
- Identify new projects and business opportunities and actively follow them through to successful completion
- Build and develop strong relationships with electrical and lighting planners, engineering consultants, electricians, and electrical wholesalers
- Grow your customer network and establish long-term partnerships
- Provide professional advice and support throughout the sales process
- Represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, training sessions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Continuously monitor your market and identify new sales opportunities
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong sales mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working with customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, independent, and well-structured way of working
- Ideally, a technical qualification combined with commercial understanding
- Interest in technical products and solution-oriented sales
- Enthusiasm for energy efficiency and innovative technologies
- Confidence, persuasiveness, and a strong drive to achieve results
- High level of commitment and willingness to travel within your sales region
- Fluent in English and Polish
