Responsibilities

As an Account Manager Pro AV, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships within the professional AV industry (distributors, integrators, brands). You are the main point of contact for existing clients, helping them get the most out of our product data services, while identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.

• Daily contact with clients and relationship management
• Supporting the implementation of product data services (such as Icecat and Icecat Studio)
• Identifying commercial opportunities (upsell and cross-sell)
• Attending trade shows and networking events in the AV industry
• Reporting on client status and opportunities to the team

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a commercial role (sales or account management)
• Affinity with Pro AV, IT, or e-commerce is a strong plus
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Self-starter who also enjoys working in a team
