About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 5-10 years of sales experience to join our team immediately in a remote part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Manage tours and presentations of spaces and services
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Renew contracts
• Offer tailored services based on client needs
• Allocate services

Requirements

• 5–10 years of sales experience
• Proficiency in closing deals
• Experience in selling office spaces and shared office services
• Experience selling to lawyers, government companies, clothing companies, financial companies, and call center operators

Nice to Have

• Experience in leasing office spaces and shared offices
