About the Job
Support new and existing clients in the field of Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation to achieve planned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Proactively search for new clients and opportunities on the market.
This is a maternity cover role (fixed-term for 12-18 months with the possibility of extension).
Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:
- Sell Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Innovation.
- Successfully assess client needs and offer solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively develop business to meet financial and commercial objectives.
- Partner with the local Account Development team for joint business planning.
- Scope projects responsibly to meet SA&I sales and profitability targets.

Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients, answering their concerns and questions to secure satisfaction.

Portfolio Awareness:
- Build SA&I portfolio awareness internally and externally through presentations at conferences, clients, and internal events.

Market Opportunities:
- Execute on the business plan and proactively search for market opportunities.
- Offer suggestions for improvement and gather client requirements from commercial teams.

Sales Planning and Budgeting:
- Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for the respective market.
- Manage the pipeline and provide weekly input for sales forecasting.

Professional Development:
- Continuously work on further professional development and adoption of technical knowledge related to NIQ tools and services.

Collaboration and Compliance:
- Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments in NielsenIQ.
- Ensure compliance with financial discipline rules and internal processes.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience: Previous 4+ years experience in Analytics and/or Consumer Insights (sales or consultant).
- Languages: Speaking and writing in Polish and English fluently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills.
- Exceptional ability for market/category analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
- Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong sense of urgency & accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams.
- Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
Preferred:
- Broad industry knowledge (e.g., FMCG, Retail, Banking, Telecom, etc).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
