About the Role
Are you curious about a career in sales or have you already taken your first steps as a salesperson?
Then you have the opportunity to become part of our new future project! We are looking for a Telesales Agent who is at the beginning of their sales career and wants to grow towards the role of a B2B salesperson. With us, you get the chance to develop, influence, and work in a wonderful team where we support each other and have fun.
Your Mission
In this role, you will actively contact both existing and new customers via phone. To give you the best conditions, we offer a solid sales training, ongoing coaching, and strong support from both the team and leaders. We invest in our employees and we invest long-term.
Your Profile
- Positive energy and driven to achieve your goals.
- Meritorious if you have experience in sales, and/or are used to working on the phone and digital channels as your main tools. Or maybe you have worked in a call center but want to move more towards sales?
You need to be able to express yourself unhindered in both Swedish and English. Also, positive if you have or have had an active interest in a team sport.

For this role, we are looking for you who want to work at our main office in Solna Strand. At the turn of the year, we moved into newly built and bright premises just a few minutes' walk from both the metro and commuter train.
With us, you will become part of a wonderful team of about 35 colleagues of different ages and backgrounds. We have a family atmosphere, spontaneous AWs, fun kick-offs.
What We Offer
The position is full-time and starts with a probationary period of six months and you will report to our sales manager. We are connected to a collective agreement, which gives you secure and clear conditions regarding salary, pension, vacation, and working hours.
