About the Position
Account Manager - Vigo
Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver to join our Regions team in Vigo, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth with us.
Responsibilities
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
- Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross-selling, and upselling).
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc).
- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
- Understand, build action plans, and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by ensuring we always deliver the best service to our customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel.
- Native Spanish and English skills.
- Strong commercial skills and customer obsession: persuasive in the most pleasant way possible and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management: Find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with great critical-thinking.
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
