About the Position
Our client, a leading multinational company, is seeking an Accountant experienced in Romanian accounting and SAP for their Afumati location. The role is offered in a hybrid work format.
Responsibilities
- Daily booking of documents
- Intercompany reconciliation and clearing
- Liquidity/financial planning
- Payments
- Check of sales/purchase journals for local purpose
- Check of travel allowance and centralization of employee's timesheets + meal ticket situation
- Various tests in regards with current and upcoming implementations
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Romanian statutory accounting
- Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards
- Hands-on experience working with SAP
- Advanced English skills – both spoken and written
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
