About the Position
3DTech is a Ukrainian manufacturer developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security. We specialize in the development and production of drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our mission is to enhance Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield. We are currently looking to hire an Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Accounting
- Recording business transactions in software environments (1C/ERP in the future).
- Preparing payments via the “Client-Bank” system and handling bank statements.
- Preparing and storing primary documents (invoices, acts, bills).
- Accounting for the purchase of components (including imports), materials, and equipment.
- Entering tax credit data into the taxpayer’s electronic cabinet.
Working with Contracts and Counterparties
- Supporting settlements with suppliers and customers (including exports).
- Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
Financial Reporting and Analytics
- Entering data into the taxpayer’s electronic cabinet.
- Participating in budget formation and expense forecasting.
Compliance and Confidentiality
- Following the internal policies and security procedures of the company.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of financial data.
- Using secure channels for document exchange.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant (preferably in manufacturing).
- Knowledge of Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation.
- Experience with ERP/1C, Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet.
- Experience with export/import contracts and foreign currency operations.
- High attention to detail and discipline.
