Responsibilities

Organization and control of the full cycle of primary documentation processing in accordance with legal requirements and internal regulations.
Support of settlements with counterparties: formation of requests, document verification, resolution of discrepancies, reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
Payment processing, bank statement reconciliation, maintenance of registers, and archiving of documentation.
Control of incoming and outgoing correspondence in electronic document management systems.
Work with PRRO: control over shift closures, processing of z-reports, calculation, and timely payment of tax liabilities based on fiscal data.
Accounting of transactions with non-monetary rewards to individuals.
Participation in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
Interaction with banking institutions on current operational issues.
Monitoring the relevance of data in the accounting system directories (counterparties, contracts, nomenclature).
Fulfillment of other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.

Requirements

Higher education (preferably in accounting, finance, economics).
Accounting experience of 3 years.
Proficiency in 1С BAF, M.E.Doc, Вчасно, Excel, Клієнт-банк.
Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, chart of accounts.
Experience with electronic document management.
Excellent analytical skills, responsibility, attention to detail.
High-level communication skills, ability to work in a team.
Ability to learn quickly and work with large amounts of information.
