Accountant

About the Position

We are seeking an Accountant with at least 2 years of experience for a role in Kyiv, focusing on tax liabilities, invoice processing, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Reflection of income according to the submitted data – for a week, month, quarter;
• Accrual of tax liabilities;
• Uploading and registering tax invoices and adjustment calculations in the Unified Tax Invoices register (residents/non-residents);
• Uploading invoices/acts and sending them to partners in Vchasno/Medoc;
• Processing requests from managers regarding the relevant area;
• Accrual and adjustment reserves of doubtful debts;
• Preparation for month-end closing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of accounting experience;
• Technical skills in 1C, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Medoc, Vchasno;
• Higher education in finance or accounting;
• Deep understanding of the principles and procedures in the assigned area of accounting in accordance with national standards;
• Desire to learn and develop;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Experience in process automatization and technical requirements setting for 1C developers.
