About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our friendly and professional team in Lviv. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing accounting processes for a Diia City resident company and is eager to grow professionally while working in a supportive environment.
📍 Full-time position based in our Lviv office.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Tax Compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting for a Diia City resident company (subject to corporate tax under special conditions).
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
- Monitor compliance with tax regulations, especially regarding the Exit Capital Tax model.
- Prepare and submit mandatory financial and tax reports.
- Support the annual audit process.
Financial Monitoring & Internal Control
- Build and maintain internal financial control procedures.
- Organize and systematize financial documentation to ensure legal compliance.
- Prepare for internal and external audits; communicate with auditors, tax authorities, and banks within financial monitoring frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting for legal entities registered in Ukraine.
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Solid knowledge of Ukrainian tax law for single tax payers and Exit Capital Tax (Diia City residents).
- Ability to manage income/expense records and determine the tax base correctly.
- Understanding of terms and procedures for submitting reports and paying taxes (incl. via Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet).
- Proficiency in M.E.Doc, Excel, and online banking systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare queries/responses to/from tax authorities.
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, adaptability, and stress resilience.
