Accountant (Primary Documentation)

About the Position

We are seeking an Accountant with primary documentation experience for a Diia.City resident LLC. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, processing tax invoices, and participating in audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary accounting documentation for a Diia.City resident LLC, including:
  • Reviewing the accuracy and completeness of primary accounting documents;
  • Recording service acceptance certificates and goods receipt notes in the accounting system;
  • Processing inventory write-offs;
  • Preparing powers of attorney for the receipt of inventory and material assets.
• Review and process incoming tax invoices to ensure proper formation of the company's input VAT credit.
• Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile balances with vendors and business partners.
• Archive accounting documentation.
• Participate in external and internal audits, as well as accounting process automation initiatives implemented within the company.

Requirements

• Higher education or specialized secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Competencies

• Accounting: Solid knowledge and practical application of Ukrainian National Accounting Standards (NAS), accounting principles, and regulatory requirements governing accounting practices in Ukraine.
• Tax Accounting: Good understanding of current Ukrainian tax legislation, tax accounting principles, and the ability to work with newly introduced regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced user of 1C 8.3, M.E.Doc, Vchasno EDO, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to work in accordance with the company's corporate standards, policies, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to decision-making.
