Your Tasks

Control of incoming invoices (quantity, price, payment conditions, payment address, etc.)
Clarifications regarding credit notes, complaints, reminders
Checking the delivery notes for individual invoices
Clarification with the individual departments and suppliers
Saving the documents in the data archive
Posting of invoices and credit notes in the ERP system
Approval of the invoice (price checked)
Preparing reports for Head of SCM
Preparing reports for internal meetings (open invoices – cash flow statement)
Checking the customs documentation
Posting of invoices
Monitoring of open accounts and closing
Preparing reports

Requirements

Completed commercial or economics education
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
Familiar with the accounting regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work on multiple tasks
Good command of Croatian is required, along with good English skills (German is an advantage)
