As an Ad Monetization Specialist, you will work across teams to optimize systems, design A/B tests, and translate data into decisions that drive growth. Responsibilities
- Perform daily performance monitoring and analyses to support decision-making, including gathering requirements, preparing datasets, interpreting results, and communicating insights.
- Apply a proactive 'get-it-done' mindset to daily operations to maintain consistent performance and operational stability.
- Collaborate on AB testing, including planning, creating test setup, monitoring performance during the tests, and preparing post-test reports and recommendations to support evidence-based decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Collaborate with different teams to align outcomes and process improvements with strategic business goals.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between sales, tech, and analytical teams.
- Actively contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies aimed at revenue growth and improved operational performance.
- Challenge existing workflows and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset, using data to support change initiatives.
- Stay up to date with internal tools, systems, and data sources to remain effective in analysis, monitoring, and coordination efforts.
Requirements
- An analytical & technical mindset with a "hands-on" approach and good attention to detail.
- The ability to work with large datasets, interpret trends, and translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- A pragmatic mindset with good business sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
- Ability to work with different teams (Analytics team, BE, Adtech, QA).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry.
