Responsibilities

Modificar, gestionar y proveer contenedores como servicio / Kubernetes: clases de almacenamiento, balanceo, autoescalado, mapeo de puertos, adición de workers, grupos de nodos, redes virtuales y reajuste de contenedores y volúmenes.
Gestionar permisos, roles y accesos IAM en servicios de contenedores (EKS, AKS, ECS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
Operar el ciclo CI/CD mediante la modificación de scripts IaC y variables de entorno en ArgoCD, GIT y Terraform.
Ejecutar despliegues automatizados vía GitOps.
Ajustar y gestionar cambios del entorno CI/CD.
Ejecutar pipelines IaC en entornos de producción y eliminar la deriva (drift) en IaC.
Gestionar, modificar y desarrollar funciones serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) y su asociación con otros servicios, incluida la gestión de permisos IAM.
Gestionar y modificar servicios de orquestación nativos en la nube y su integración con cómputo, red/seguridad, almacenamiento, notificaciones, mensajería y monitoreo.
Gestionar y modificar servicios de mensajería, incluyendo colas, temas y suscripciones.
Gestionar copias de seguridad y restaurar configuraciones de contenedores y servicios de orquestación.
Monitorear los servicios bajo alcance, gestionar incidentes y solicitudes conforme a los procedimientos definidos y dar seguimiento a eventos y registros en ServiceNow Aurora.
Actualizar el etiquetado de componentes (component tagging) y elaborar informes y análisis de desempeño.
Planificar y reportar capacidades de GIT.
Crear y mantener la documentación del entorno IaC/Serverless soportado.
Coordinar incidentes en los que exista soporte por parte de los proveedores de nube.
Crear arquitectura IaC utilizando Terraform y Ansible, incluyendo la gestión de pilas de recursos provisionados.
Crear plantillas para gestionar configuraciones de cumplimiento a gran escala.
Gestionar y modificar integraciones vía websockets o con recursos nativos en la nube, incluyendo API gateways, gestión de claves y claves de ruta.
Aplicar hardening de contenedores de nube pública aprobado por AVC e implementar recomendaciones del fabricante, incluyendo parches y hotfixes.
Ejecutar remediaciones de vulnerabilidades dirigidas por el equipo de ciberseguridad de AVC.
Instalar agentes de seguridad y gestionar instalación o renovación de certificados digitales según direccionamiento y aprobación de AVC.
Brindar soporte de nivel 2 (N2) para problemas relacionados con despliegues e IaC, diagnosticando y resolviendo incidencias y apoyando a otros equipos de TI en incidentes e integraciones.

Requirements Excluding

Advanced Kubernetes and container administration in production (EKS/AKS/ECS and/or OpenShift): autoscaling, node groups, virtual networks, container storage, and container IAM.
Design and creation of IaC architecture with Terraform (modules, workspaces, and state management).
Execution of IaC pipelines in production, including drift management.
End-to-end CI/CD operation with GitLab and/or Azure DevOps and ArgoCD/GitOps.
Administration of at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) at the compute, network, storage, and IAM service level.
Experience leading N2 technical support and coordinating critical incidents in 24x7 schemes.
Technical English (reading documentation and written communication).
Flexibility to work from 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM.
Availability to perform passive on-call duties one week a month (paid).
Availability to work on Argentine holidays that do not coincide with those in Colombia.
