You join Sopra Steria within the Digital Platform Services entity, with a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you are led to evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in Infogérance-type services or are directly integrated into client teams. You are supported by a dynamic team that will actively involve you in the overall project.

Throughout your journey within the Group, you are accompanied by your single manager, present in close contact with your mission and who supports you in your career development.

Responsibilities

As a Splunk Platform Administrator, you will:

• Administer the Splunk platform (on-premises infrastructure and AWS)
• Ensure the high availability and reliability of Splunk environments (indexers, SH's, forwarders, etc.)
• Optimize the performance of the platform
• Develop scripts (bash, python, etc.) to automate routine tasks
• Work with/improve CI/CD pipelines for Splunk deployments
• Integrate Splunk with tools like ServiceNow, AWS, Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Update Splunk versions, data integration process, L3 incident support

Requirements

• Splunk Enterprise Administrator
• Splunk Cloud Basics
• AWS practice
• Solid practical knowledge of the Splunk core (Indexer, SH, Forwarder)
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networks, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

Graduated with a Bac+5 and delivered from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Your English level is operational.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic.

You also have a good sense of service and customer relations.
