Administration & Access Management Officer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities

• JIRA admin: Projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications; strong JQL; Automation for JIRA; REST APIs/webhooks; ScriptRunner/Groovy is a plus.
• Platform basics: Linux, logs, JVM tuning; SSO/reverse proxy notions. GitHub admin exposure preferred.
• Data/reporting: Filters, dashboards; basic SQL; exports for BI. Confluence admin exposure is a plus.
• Integrations: ServiceNow–Atlassian connectors, application links, OAuth patterns.
• Security/compliance: Least privilege, SoD, logging/retention, data classification.
• Cloud awareness: JIRA Cloud differences; Red Hat OpenShift is a plus.
• Methods & frameworks: Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as practiced by teams; ITIL v4 for service; SSDLC familiarity.
• Governance: Comfort with DA/BA gates and standards (GIF), risk/privacy reviews (DPIA triggers).
• Certifications: Atlassian Certified Jira Administration (Data Center/Server; Cloud a plus). ITIL v4 Foundation; Agile (CSM/SAFe) a plus.
• Language: Very good English skills
