About the Position

We are a B2B industrial company with over 25 years of experience. Our clients include prominent companies such as Eurasian Resources Group (ERG, Denmark), ArcelorMittal, Bunge (Germany), Knauf (Germany), METINVEST & DTEK, and Dniprovazhmash. To expand our European business operations, our export-oriented EU registered division is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our new branch team.

Work setting:

• Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Support VPs at tech companies
• Demonstrate attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity
• Build and maintain trust with leadership and partners
• Manage projects effectively
• Work independently while collaborating effectively and building strong working relationships

Requirements

• Prior or current experience supporting VPs at tech companies
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude
• Experience in building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
• Project management experience
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
