About the Position

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technological businesses. Our main markets are the USA, Europe, and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis initially provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, our ecosystem is developing 25 projects in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Finance Team-a person who easily finds common ground with different people, knows how to quickly and efficiently solve turnkey tasks, and is not afraid of multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing team-building events, corporate events, and small office-format events: from brainstorming with colleagues, searching for locations and contractors to full event coordination;
  • Organizing and supporting business trips for employees, including logistics and coordination of details;
  • Coordinating renovation work in the office, including equipment replacement, organization of minor repairs, and interaction with contractors;
  • Supporting the internal corporate culture by organizing employee greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries, and first working days;
  • Ensuring timely payments related to office needs and services;
  • Ensuring timely and clear communication with the Supply Team and Cleaning Service regarding important organizational issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year (office manager, administrator, personal assistant);
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Experience with task managers (Asana, Notion, Trello, or others);
  • Understanding of document management, cost accounting, and payment processes;
  • Ability to organize events, trips, and coordinate logistics;
  • Experience in vendor management: search, negotiation, quality control.
