About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to manage CRM applications in Kubernetes environments for Google and Microsoft clouds. This role involves maintaining applications, ensuring system availability 24/7, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of CRM applications in production, test, and development environments.
• Management of applications in Kubernetes environments on Google and Microsoft clouds.
• Deployment of changes, configuration, updates, installation of new environments, and 2nd line support for these applications.
• Operational task execution and monitoring.
• Shift work and on-call duties to ensure system availability 24/7.
• Collaboration with users, testing department, vendors, group companies, and cloud providers like Microsoft and Google.
• Automation of maintenance processes (CI/CD).

Requirements

• Proficiency in databases: Oracle (priority), PostgreSQL (priority), MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, with knowledge of SQL/PL SQL.
• Experience with Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and tools like Gitlab, Helm, ArgoCD, Harbor.
• Experience with applications hosted on Google and MS clouds.
• Knowledge of application servers like Jboss, Wildfly.
• Monitoring applications using Zabbix, Grafana/Prometheus, LOKI, ElasticSearch/VictoriaLogs.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, JIRA.
• English language skills for understanding documentation and communication with English-speaking support from Google and MS.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes applications exposed outside the network (communication with WAF).
• Knowledge of public cloud providers' architecture and services, with a focus on Google.
• Experience with Keycloak.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

3. Personal data will be processed for:

• In the case of employment under an employment contract, for conducting and resolving the recruitment process with your participation, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with legal provisions, particularly labor law.
• In the case of separate consent, for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent in this case is voluntary, and the consent given can be revoked at any time (without affecting the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal).
• For the possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, where the legally justified interests pursued by the controller, then the conduct and resolution of the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be disclosed to authorized data recipients based on separate provisions, cooperating entities, data processors commissioned by the controller, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• if you have consented to participate in future recruitments for 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn,
• possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims. After the purpose of processing ceases, the data will be deleted.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
• request access to personal data and the right to correct, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format if technically feasible;
• object to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes GDPR.

1. In the case of employment under an employment contract, providing data as required by labor law regulations is mandatory. Failure to provide this data will result in the inability to consider your application.
2. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
