Adoption / Project Manager Microsoft M365 (Business – IT)

About the Position

We are seeking an Adoption / Project Manager Microsoft M365 (Business – IT) to coordinate the adoption of Microsoft 365 across all departments at CHU Brugmann, a public university hospital in Brussels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the adoption of Microsoft 365 across all departments.
• Train and coach users, including individual and large group sessions.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical leads to align configuration choices with IT and business interests, respecting hospital constraints such as security, patient data confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

  • English: Professional working proficiency
  • French: Native or bilingual proficiency

  • Microsoft 365: Advanced
  • Project management: Advanced
  • Change Management: Advanced
  • Cybersécurité & conformité (NIS2, RGPD, ISO 27001): Intermediate
  • Gouvernance documentaire & records management: Advanced
  • Automatisation et intégration (Power Automate / API / interopérabilité): Intermediate
  • Reporting et analyse des usages (Power BI / M365 Analytics): Intermediate
  • Gestion des identités et des accès (IAM / Azure AD / Entra ID): Intermediate

Nice to Have

• Experience in a complex environment (hospital or public sector).

We Offer

• Competitive daily rate up to 720€ per day HTVA, including travel expenses.
• Full-time position on-site in Brussels with a preference for full on-site presence.
• Opportunity to work closely with IT and Strategy & Transformation teams.
