About the Role

We are looking for an Automotive Engineer with strong expertise in C++ Middleware. The role involves design, development, and testing of automotive software components with a focus on embedded protocols and real-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the platform software for Middleware and infrastructure
• Contributing to design and Architecture
• Conducting customer requirement analysis
• Helping ramp up new recruits on the technical front
• Independently owning and executing core Middleware and infrastructure modules
• Being enthusiastic to learn new technologies
• Having an innovative mindset towards problem-solving

Requirements

• B-Tech/BE degree
• 6-8 years' experience in embedded software
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive and IVI systems
• Expertise in C++, C++11, fluent in concepts of Design Patterns and Android Framework
• Awareness of Android HAL AOSP architecture
• Excellent debugging skills using GDB, JTAG, etc.
• Exposure to JAVA is an added advantage
• Fluency in reading/understanding hardware block diagrams and schematics
• Experience with embedded application firmware development
• Ability to work independently, contribute to requirements reviews, and analyze customer change requests
