About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. You'll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and development teams.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value.
• Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of sprint commitments and release milestones.
• Track project KPIs, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Participate in Quarterly PI Planning and roadmap definition.
• Provide regular status updates to MBRDI Product Owners, Managers, and Program leads.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Lean, and ASPICE processes where applicable.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Project Delivery.
• Strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
• Experience managing product backlogs and release planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, Testing, UX, and Architecture teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automotive, Infotainment, Telematics, OTA, Connected Vehicle, or Embedded Systems.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
