Advertising Campaign Manager

About the Position

We are looking for an Advertising Campaign Manager to join newage., a leading digital advertising agency in Ukraine. As a certified Google Marketing Platform Partner and Google Premier Partner, we are recognized for our expertise in performance and media advertising. Our mission is to drive the MarTech industry toward greater transparency, expertise, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Launching and managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360), as well as working with direct media placements;
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics daily;
• Preparing weekly reports and analyzing key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV);
• Optimizing advertising campaigns under the guidance of experienced team members;
• Working with audiences, creatives, and advertising formats to improve campaign effectiveness;
• Ensuring the accuracy of campaign setups and monitoring performance against planned targets;
• Developing recommendations to improve campaign results and overall performance.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM);
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and media advertising;
• Strong motivation to develop within the media advertising industry and grow as a digital marketing professional.

Nice to Have

• Certifications from advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or other relevant platforms;
• Experience working with media advertising, including YouTube and Display campaigns;
• Knowledge of Looker Studio;
• Understanding of attribution models and web analytics principles;
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
