About the Position
As an Advisor Hydraulic Engineering at TMC Civiele Techniek B.V., you will work on a variety of hydraulic engineering projects, ranging from dikes and quays to locks and flood defenses. You will provide expert advice on design, execution, and management, acting as the link between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical advice on hydraulic engineering structures and designs.
- Guiding projects through all phases: from planning, design, tendering to execution.
- Coordinating with clients, authorities, and internal project teams.
- Identifying risks, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Contributing to innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Ensuring that designs comply with standards, guidelines, and legislation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level.
- Completed higher professional or academic education in Civil Engineering (Hydraulic Engineering) or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in hydraulic engineering projects.
- Analytical skills, technical expertise, and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and proactive involvement within project teams.
