Affiliate Campaign Management Executive

About the Position

At AnyMind Group, we are looking for an Affiliate Campaign Management Executive. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaigns that align with our business objectives, cultivating strong relationships with influential KOLs, and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive affiliate campaign strategies aligned with each client's objectives. The said strategies include creator selection, package size, post timeline, and key message.
• Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution of the campaign while balancing content quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smoothness of deliverables.
• Manage the overall budget, seeking and negotiating on fixed-fee budget.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate alongside the Affiliate Network Management team in leveraging campaigns in creator relationship building, while keeping exceptional campaign ROI for the client.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience as a plus.
• Strong EQ, able to handle influencer and/or affiliate creators with calm, focusing on relation not less than relation.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop / YouTube Shopping ecosystems preferred.
• Skilled in LINE OA management, and basic design tools (for content & artwork).
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Business-level fluency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Creative thinker with the ability to humanize brand messaging for creators.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
