About the Position

Affiliate Lead

Perfect for those who aim to:

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of affiliate managers while driving performance and accountability through KPIs;
  • Define and execute scaling strategies across key GEOs, focusing on partner acquisition and reactivation;
  • Oversee commercial terms (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), monitor traffic quality, and mitigate fraud risks;
  • Own the affiliate P&L, analyze ROI/retention metrics, and drive data-based decisions to ensure profitability;
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to support brand positioning and conference strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of affiliate managers
  • Drive performance and accountability through KPIs
  • Define and execute scaling strategies across key GEOs
  • Oversee commercial terms (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid)
  • Monitor traffic quality and mitigate fraud risks
  • Own the affiliate P&L and analyze ROI/retention metrics
  • Drive data-based decisions to ensure profitability
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience is highly preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing or mentoring a team
  • Experience working with LatAm and Tier 2 markets
  • Strong understanding of affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, ROI, LTV, NGR)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL or BI tools are a plus)

  • SQL or BI tools proficiency
