Affiliate Manager

And currently, we are looking for a talented and motivated Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our affiliate program in the iGaming vertical.

Responsibilities

• Searching for and attracting new partners for iGaming/Casino traffic in thematic public pages, forums, chats, exhibitions, etc (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc);
• Work with Tier 1 markets;
• Managing and developing existing partners;
• Consultation with partners on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics;
• Monthly check-ups (commissions) and control incoming traffic, suppress fraud (with the help of company tools and an analytic team);
• Traffic reporting;
• Fulfilment of planned KPIs indicators by using company tools;
• Participation in international exhibitions, presentation of our products on the exhibitions;

Requirements

• 1,5+ years of proven experience working with Tier 1 in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming/gambling industry);
• Experience working with brands, on the operator (advertiser) side;
• Experience with Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat fee, listing commission models;
• Ability to work with analytics tools to measure traffic and conversions from campaigns;
• Ability to work with Google Sheets;
• Ability to work with CRM Systems;
• Fluency in the English language (B2-C1);
• Fluency in the Russian language (B2-C1);
• Stress resistance, conflict resolution;
• Multitasking, organization skills;
• Ability to establish long-term relationships with partners.

• Own hot base of partners with whom you can start cooperation (Tier 1).
