About the Position

Responsibilities
- Пошук, хантинг та підключення нових вебмайстрів
- Розвиток існуючої бази та стимулювання партнерів до нових запусків
- Побудова довгострокових відносин із вебмайстрами
- Видача капів та контроль проливу
- Контроль якості й обсягів трафіку
- Робота з монетизацією та масштабуванням трафіку
- Аналіз результатів, конверсії та ефективності джерел
- Взаємодія з рекламодавцями та командою для покращення показників
- Вирішення спірних ситуацій та оперативна комунікація з партнерами
Requirements
- 1+ року досвіду Affiliate Manager в iGaming
- Розуміння, як працює affiliate-напрям саме з боку продукту
- Практичний досвід роботи зі Scaleo або аналогічними платформами
- Розуміння постбеків та трекінгу
- Хороше розуміння джерел трафіку: SEO, Influencer, Facebook та інших
- Розуміння актуальних оферів, конверсії та специфіки різних джерел
- Досвід роботи з конфліктними ситуаціями та вміння знаходити win-win рішення
- Вміння швидко перемикатися між партнерами, задачами та контекстами
- English - B+
- Власна база вебмайстрів та активні партнерські контакти - великий плюс
