Affiliate Manager

About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team in the online gambling sector. The role is based in Israel and is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate marketing within the gambling or betting industry.
• Work with European markets, as well as the USA, New Zealand, and Australia.
• Have solid knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Find and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing partners, providing support and motivation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• English proficiency at B2 level, both written and spoken (for communication with partners and internal team).
• Experience with CRM systems, trackers, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Accessible portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling or betting industry.
• Proven ability to find and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Strong skills in managing and developing relationships with existing partners.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems, trackers, and analytics tools is a plus.
