We are currently seeking an Affiliate manager to take care of attracting and growing new affiliates for our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and attract new affiliates, as well as re-engage existing ones, to grow the affiliate in Tier1 countries.
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously.
• Create and implement new campaign ideas, including bonuses, and promotions to keep affiliates motivated.
• Visit industry events and represent the company in the best way.
• Analyze affiliate campaigns and their performance to gain valuable insights that can be used to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, support, PR, etc.
• Prepare and provide affiliates with promotional assets such as banners, text ads, and screenshots, ensuring brand alignment.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to boost traffic acquisition with the best parameters.
• Monitoring trends and tendencies in online marketing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the affiliate industry, including the iGaming vertical.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to analyze traffic KPIs such as ROI, ROMI, eCPA, and ARPU.
• Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid), and web analytics basics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Own partners database in the determined industry.
