About the Position
Affiliate Manager | Marketing - Remote
Traffcore is a CPA platform with 6+ years of experience, working with in-house smartlinks and exclusive offers across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 geos. We provide strong conditions for publishers, fast payouts, and a wide range of exclusive offers in Dating, Sweepstakes, and Adult verticals. Our team is based in Ukraine and Western Europe. We’re growing and looking for an Affiliate Manager who wants to develop in the industry, work with international partners, and scale results.
Responsibilities
- Attract and onboard new publishers, build long-term relationships
- Validate publishers and test postbacks before launch
- Support and grow existing partners
- Review and approve traffic before payouts
- Monitor traffic quality and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize traffic sources, control EPC and ROI, scale volumes
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with partners
- Keep internal reports and documentation up to date
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager (CPA network / product / arbitrage team)
- Hands-on experience with Dating vertical
- Strong understanding of key metrics: EPC, CR, ROI, etc.
- Knowledge of traffic sources, acquisition channels, and payment models
- Ability to analyze traffic and make data-driven decisions
- Good communication skills and ownership mindset
- English level: B2+

- Own database of publishers
- Experience working directly with advertisers
- Experience mentoring or onboarding junior managers
