About the Position
We're seeking a mid-level Affiliate Manager for a Reddit Marketing Agency to join our global remote team, focusing on affiliate relationship management and CRM workflow optimization.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Relationship Management (Primary Focus)
- Own day-to-day communication with affiliate partners - responding to inquiries, sending updates, negotiating terms, and nurturing relationships
- Conduct outreach to prospective affiliates via email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Onboard new affiliates with clear instructions, assets, and expectations
- Monitor affiliate performance and proactively address underperformers or high-potential partners
- Maintain a positive, professional, and responsive presence across all communication channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date creative assets, links, and offers
- Coordinate seeding and product deliveries.
CRM & Workflow Management
- Manage and maintain our affiliate CRM built in Notion - keeping records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Track affiliate status, communication history, payout schedules, and performance metrics within Notion
- Build and improve Notion views, filters, and dashboards for pipeline visibility
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools (like Claude) to draft outreach messages, follow-ups, and partner communications at scale.
- Build automations within systems to improve workflows.
- Identify repetitive tasks and propose AI-powered or automated solutions
- Assist in creating templated workflows for common affiliate scenarios (onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, performance check-ins)
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, influencer coordination, or a similar outreach-heavy role
- Excellent written communication - you can write personalized, professional messages quickly across email, DMs, and chat
- Experience managing a CRM (Notion strongly preferred; HubSpot, Airtable, or similar also accepted)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate daily work - not just familiar, but actively using them
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - nothing falls through the cracks
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and priorities without constant oversight
- Basic understanding of tracking links, UTMs, and attribution
- English fluency for occasional Zoom video calls and Looms
- Comfort with working with adult media.
- Need to have a private workspace
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building automations with Make, Zapier, or n8n (n8n preferred)
- Familiarity with Notion databases, relations, rollups, and formulas
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing affiliate programs
- Experience with affiliate platforms (ShareASale, Impact, PartnerStack, etc.)
Tools You'll Use
- Notion - CRM, task management, and documentation
- AI Tools - Claude, for copywriting and workflow building
- Email - Gmail or similar for partner communication
- Social Platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, FetLife for DM outreach
- Automation - n8n, Notion, (we’re open to specific tools you have experience with, depending on costs)
- Communication - Slack, Gorgias, or similar for internal team coordination
Working Condition
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Shift: To be discussed (requires overlap with core team hours).
- Structure: Individual contributor reporting directly to the founder.
