Job Description

From the Candidate:

• At least 1 year in a similar position in the Gambling vertical.
• Knowledge of payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
• Experience with affiliate platforms: Affise, HasOffers, Income Access, Voluum.
• Understanding of traffic tracking mechanisms: Postback URL, cookies, pixel tracking.
• Analysis and optimization of conversion funnels.
• Assessment of traffic quality (CR, CTR, EPC, ROI).
• Understanding of ROI, ARPU, LTV principles.
• Experience with advertising channels: PPC, SEO, email marketing, SMM.
• Knowledge of API integrations.
• Proficiency in tools: Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana.
• Having your own base is a plus.
• English (B1-B2).

Responsibilities

• Attracting and searching for new affiliates.
• Presenting the affiliate program.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners.
• Prompt resolution of issues related to payments, tracking, and other processes.
• Performance analysis: report preparation, data analysis, approach optimization.
