Affiliate Manager

About the Position

King Group - a modern company with an innovative approach to brand promotion. We operate in the iGaming sector and have three successful Ukrainian online casino brands, as well as our own affiliate networks. You have definitely heard about us and our partner King Partners - we are actively developing, constantly increasing traffic volumes, and strengthening our market position. We regularly attend conferences in Ukraine and abroad to stay updated on new trends, find new partners, and strengthen our reputation. Now we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who will become a powerful addition to our team.

Responsibilities

• Expanding the affiliate network and attracting new affiliates (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners
• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on terms of cooperation
• Optimizing existing campaigns to achieve target metrics
• Analyzing traffic, partner effectiveness, and preparing reports
• Participating in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to attract new partners
• Working with internal CRM systems, analytical tools, and payment platforms

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in the gambling, betting sector for at least two years.
• Understanding of monetization models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Ability to effectively negotiate and conduct business communication
• Skills in building trusting and productive partner relationships
• Analytical thinking and confident proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Motivation and interest in the development of the iGaming industry

• Having your own affiliate base
• Experience in launching affiliate programs from scratch
