As an Affiliate Manager, you will own the development of our affiliate partnerships within the Email Marketing department. Your mission is to build and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, launch new offers quickly, and maximize long-term revenue through strong relationships and commercial negotiations. This role goes far beyond day-to-day affiliate management. We're looking for someone with the potential to become the future face of our partnerships organization - representing EPC Network at international conferences, developing strategic relationships, and eventually growing into a Business Development or Head of Partnerships role.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners and advertisers.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partnerships.
- Own commercial negotiations, including CPA/CPL payouts, exclusivity agreements, and partnership terms.
- Coordinate end-to-end launches of new affiliate offers.
- Work closely with Marketing, Promo Coordination, HTML Developers, Compliance, Analytics, Broadcast Team, and Product to ensure fast execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze EPC, conversion rates, revenue, and traffic quality.
- Identify optimization opportunities and scale successful partnerships.
- Conduct regular partner calls, business reviews, and performance discussions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams.
- Continuously improve launch speed, partner satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CPA/CPL business models.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience growing affiliate partnerships and increasing partner revenue.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced English (C1+) or Native level.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Email Marketing.

- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
- Business Development experience.
- Experience attending affiliate conferences or representing a company externally.
