Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager (iGaming)

About the Position

We are seeking an Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager (iGaming) to join our team and expand our affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem.

HireSix is at the forefront of developing an advanced performance intelligence and traffic control platform specifically designed for the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit iGaming affiliates, media buyers, and performance marketers
• Present the platform value proposition clearly to affiliate partners
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and traffic partners
• Support affiliates through onboarding and activation
• Collaborate internally to connect affiliates with relevant offers
• Represent the platform in affiliate communities, Telegram groups, and events
• Collect feedback from affiliates to improve positioning and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming affiliate sales or business development
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic quality, and ROI metrics
• Existing network of iGaming affiliates is a significant advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus
