We are currently looking for a strong Affiliate Team Lead to join our partner company, G1 Media, which builds an ecosystem of its own iGaming products. Responsibilities

In the Affiliate Team Lead position, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and scaling the Affiliate department from scratch within a product company.
  • Identifying, attracting, and managing partners (affiliate networks, SEO publishers, review sites, media buying teams).
  • Negotiating CPA/CPL/RevShare deals while maintaining strict ROI and profitability control.
  • Monitoring traffic quality and performance using Power BI, OAC analytics, and other performance metrics.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent traffic while ensuring compliance with all partnership agreements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with TIER-1 partners.
  • Representing the company at international affiliate conferences and expanding your professional network.
  • Building team processes and independently making decisions while managing large budgets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming.
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in a product company.
  • Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of the TIER-1 market.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate traffic quality and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO traffic, review sites, affiliate networks, and non-traditional traffic sources.
  • English level B2 or higher with confident negotiation and business communication skills.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills - strategic, persuasive, and results-oriented.
  • Existing affiliate network and industry connections will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets of $500K+ per month.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including building negotiation strategies and deal-making expertise.
