Job Description

Are you ready to combine your graduation project with real impact? At Workspace 365, you will work on a digital workplace used by thousands of people daily. Our design team is looking for an intern who wants to explore how AI can enhance the user experience of our product and directly design and test it.

Responsibilities

You will fully integrate into the UX team and work on real features. You will:

• Research how we can use AI smartly in our product.
• Interview customers and understand their workflows.
• Dive into Figma to sketch ideas, build designs, and test them.
• Learn our product inside out.
• Collaborate 80% / 20% thesis (which you can also do with us).
• Participate in all design meetings, your ideas matter.

What You Learn

• Work within an international SaaS scale-up.
• The entire UX process: from research to testing.
• Substantiate, present, and defend your choices.
• Deal with real users and real feedback.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and testing.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You are studying CMD, Human Technology, or something similar.
• You are comfortable with Figma (or learn quickly).
• You have a portfolio that shows who you are.
• You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to talk to customers.
• You are at least in the office 4 days a week (thesis day can be at home).
