About the Position

Afternoon (2nd Shift) - On Camera Host

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging On Camera Host to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn tips up to $25/hr. No previous casino or dealing experience is required as we provide comprehensive training at Evolution Academy.

Responsibilities

• Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
• Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training

• $17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20–25/hr
